Refund Policy: The services provided require a commitment by the seller and buyer for the given task period and is refundable for the full amount within the first 30 days of services provided. However, subject to pure discretion of company management upon merits of an individual case, payments would be fully refunded if for any reason customer is not completely satisfied with the service/product we will help resolve the issue. If for any reason customer is still not satisfied we will initiate a complete refund no questions asked.

Disputes: If you are dissatisfied with the work performed, you must submit your complaint to support@bay4tech.com within seven calendar days of the service performed otherwise you will expressly relinquish any ability to dispute the quality of services and related refusal to pay our service and related charges. We will act in response to your written complaint as soon as we are able to and will endeavor to resolve the issues regarding your complaint. All complaints that are not resolved will be resolved by mandatory binding arbitration as set forth herein.
Expiration of Services: We fully reserve the right to expire any prepaid and unused professional time and services that remain on your account if such has not been used within a year of the purchase date. Such unused professional time and services will thusly expire and shall not be usable or refundable upon expiration. We shall have no duty to inform you of our decision to expire the unused professional time, services or any pending expiration's.
